When applying Manic Panic hair color, the brand advises following these steps for optimal results:

1. Wash hair with a deep cleansing/clarifying shampoo, without conditioning.

3. Wearing gloves, apply the hair color using a tint brush, thoroughly saturating the hair.
4. Comb through the color to ensure even application. The cream may become slightly frothy.
