Shocking Blue is a dark blue hair dye with purple undertones that can add dark blue highlights to virgin, unbleached hair. For best results, we recommend lightening the hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter and toning any yellow tones before use to avoid the hair turning purple.

This semi-permanent hair dye is fortified with conditioners that add moisture to pre-lightened hair. It is ready-to-use and lasts 4-6 weeks on pre-lightened hair. Manic Panic offers over 49 shades, allowing for endless color mixing and custom pastel tones when combined with the Mixer/Pastel-izer.
